Barcelona is a vibrant and diverse city with a lot to offer. It is a popular destination for people all around the world. Barcelona is Catalonia’s capital, known for its impressive architecture and history.

The city is known for its culinary delights, such as tapas and the traditional Catalan dish paella, and is a major economic center as well as a significant trading and port hub.

Managed by the Port Authority of Barcelona, the Port of Barcelona is a major European port with commercial, industrial, and passenger (cruise) facilities. The port is a very short drive to the city centre. It is possible to walk there but it is not recommended.

Barcelona Port Location

The Port of Barcelona has seven cruise terminals spread across three main areas. Terminals A, B, C, and D are located at the World Trade Center near Las Ramblas (Moll Adossat). Terminals E, F, and G are situated further south along Moll Adossat. The North and South Terminals are located directly along the waterfront at Port Vell.

From the World Trade Center and Port Vell, passengers can reach the city center on foot in about 15–20 minutes. From the terminals at Moll Adossat, the official Cruise Bus (T3 Port Bus) operates to the Columbus Monument for €4.50 per trip. Taxis are available at all terminals, with fares to the city center costing approximately €15–20. Most cruise lines also offer paid shuttle services to Plaça de Catalunya.
