My eSIM didn’t download – what can I do?
If your eSIM didn’t download, you should be able to tap retry. If, after a few tries, you’re still not successful — please drop us an email at support@redbullmobile.com (Please note, support is provided in English and German language only!)

You should avoid doing so. The eSIM is associated with your data plan, and deleting the eSIM app will delete your phone’s data plan.
