All you have to do is download the app – register and buy a Telenor Maritimepackage.

In order to ensure proper functionality, you should purchase and install the eSIM before you board your cruise ship. You will need an internet connection to set up your data plan, therefore it would be advisable to have your plan set up where you have a strong internet signal.
The packages are valid for 30 days after activation. When you’ve used up 80% of your data, we’ll let you know — so you won’t get stuck without any data. You’ll get another notification once your data has finally run out.

Wanneer moet ik het pakket kopen?
Je moet de eSIM installeren en het pakket kopen voordat je gaat cruisen. Het pakket is 30 dagen geldig na activering – dus een paar dagen van tevoren zou perfect zijn. Je kunt de pakketten elke keer opwaarderen. (Voor het opwaarderen heb je connectiviteit nodig – doe dit dus aan land of zolang je connectiviteit hebt met gebruik)
In de Red Bul MOBILE App zie je hoeveel data je al hebt gebruikt.
Hoe wordt de service geleverd?
Het Dream cruiseschip heeft een verbinding met een satelliet internetprovider.
Op je Dream cruiseschip hebben we een 4G netwerk dat verbinding maakt met je handset.
(Let op: het is GEEN Wi-Fi-dienst, maar de verbinding komt via je eSIM van Red Bull MOBILE)
