Data Privacy at Red Bull MOBILE

Your data is in safe hands.

General Information

On May 25, 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR for short) came into force. This regulation primarily serves the “protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data”. For Red Bull MOBILE, too, the secure and sensitive handling of data is a top priority. We have also submitted to the Code of Conduct for Internet Service Providers (ISP). These rules of conduct address industry-specific peculiarities resulting, for example, from regulation in the telecommunications sector. You can find more information here.

Opt-out Service

A1 Telekom Austria AG only uses data for the evaluation of analyses in accordance with legal requirements if this data is either not personal (e.g., operational data) or has been anonymized. Anonymization prevents any subsequent inference to your person. In analyses, this anonymized data is aggregated according to different topics and non-personal statistics are derived from it (e.g.: numbers, totals, frequencies, distributions, durations,…). This anonymous data is used in particular for traffic flow analyses, so that, for example, rescue forces can be placed more effectively at major events.
