What should I do if I’ve deleted or lost the QR code for my eSIM?
If you cannot locate your QR code or have deleted it by mistake, please get in touch with our customer care team by sending an email to support@redbullmobile.com (Please note, support is provided in English and German language only!) or via our online chat on our website https://esim.redbullmobile.com/ , and we’ll resend the code to you.

You should avoid doing so. The eSIM is associated with your data plan, and deleting the eSIM app will delete your phone’s data plan.
