The app says my device is locked. What does that mean?

If your phone is locked, you usually have to wait until your contract expires — we suggest checking with your provider to find out whether they can unlock it for you. While your phone is locked, you won’t be able to install an eSIM, unfortunately. Yup, that’s something that frustrates us, too.
