Personal Hotspot is not working – what can I do?

In some cases the Personal Hotspot doesn’t work automatically. If this is the case, follow these simple steps to activate it.

Go to: Settings > Mobile Data > Choose Red Bull MOBILE data plan > Mobile Data Network.

Please enter “a1.net” (without quotation marks) in the APN fields of both MOBILE DATA and PERSONAL HOTSPOT sections. 

Username and Password fields should be left blank.

You should avoid doing so. The eSIM is associated with your data plan, and deleting the eSIM app will delete your phone’s data plan.
